3. Formation of Contract

3.1

Offer and Acceptance:

Any quotation or advertising provided by us does not constitute a binding offer until you place an order. By placing an order for our Services (Courses, in-person training, or treatments), you are making an offer to purchase under these Terms.A legally binding contract is formed when we confirm your order via email and receive full payment (Order Confirmation).

3.2

Right to Decline:

We reserve the right to decline any orders for any reason, including eligibility criteria, availability, or pricing errors. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly.

3.3

Accurate Information:

You agree that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete. For Delegates, this includes details of your professional registration (with the relevant regulatory body). For Models, this includes your personal and medical details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in cancellation of your place without refund.

4. Eligibility, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1

Eligibility:

Enrollment in our courses is open only to healthcare professionals who are fully qualified and registered with their respective professional regulatory bodies (e.g., GMC, GDC, NMC, GPhC, HCPC, etc.).Evidence of your registration number must be provided at the time of booking. For international delegates, proof of professional status will be required.

4.2

Refund Policy for Online Courses and Digital Content:

Upon ordering, you will receive instant access to our digital training materials. By purchasing our online courses, you waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period as per the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations.A designated portion (typically 50% for online courses) of the course fee becomes immediately non-refundable.

4.3

Refunds for In-Person Training / Model Treatments:

For training courses and live model treatments, bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled date, or non-attendance on the day, are 100% non-refundable.Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 30 days in advance. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure events), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

5. Charges and Payment

5.1

Payment Terms:

All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless an approved installment plan is in place.For installment plans, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access and potential legal action for unpaid amounts.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing before final order confirmation.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8. Model Treatments (For Live Training Courses)

Purpose and Conditions:

Model treatments are offered strictly for educational purposes to facilitate live training and are provided at heavily discounted rates.Models must be at least 18 years old, not pregnant, and not breastfeeding, and must provide accurate health and medical information.Appointments are strictly scheduled and cannot be rescheduled within 30 days of the training date without forfeiting fees.

8.2

Treatment Disclaimer:

Results are subjective and performed in a training environment; outcomes may differ from those achieved in a full-service cosmetic clinic. No refunds will be issued if the outcome does not meet personal expectations.Additional product fees for “top-up” treatments (if applicable) will be charged according to our set rates.

9. Ongoing Support and Mentorship

9.1

Access to Resources:

Enrolling in our courses includes lifetime access to digital training materials and regular updates. You will be invited to join our exclusive WhatsApp group where you can network with fellow professionals and receive ongoing mentorship and expert guidance from our world-leading trainers.

10. Dispute Resolution
